Saint-Michel Chef Chef

Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef includes the seaside resort of Tharon-Plage. Also known as the seat of the Biscuiterie Saint-Michel, which produces the «galette Saint-Michel».

The name of Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, the etymology of which is discussed, is a deformation of the ancient form Saint-Michel-de-Cochevesché, derived from the Terra de Chevesché bas-latin, former name of the nearby Pointe Saint-Gildas.


Saint-Brévin-les-pins is located at the mouth of the Loire, on the opposite bank of Saint-Nazaire.

Its coastline is composed of sandy beaches. Small village of fishermen and farmers.
The coast of Saint-Brévin is composed of several districts (Mindin, Les Pins, Ocean and Hermitage)
Its very wide beaches ideal for nautical activities and horseback riding, are bordered by a pine forest.
